This is out of my normal posting style, but I took this quiz in class and thought my result was interesting.

Having bother high cognitive complexity and a people orientation, this style tends to use data from multiple sources and considers many alternatives. Similar to the behavioral style, there is trust and openness in relations and shared goals with subordinates. These individuals ten to be idealists who many emphasize ethics and values. They generally are creative and can readily understand complex relationships. Their focus is long range with high organizational commitment. They are achievement-oritented and value praise, recognition and independence. They prefer loose control to power and will frequently use participation. They typically are thinkers rather than doers.

Conceptual decision makers are generally very broad in their approach and consider all available alternatives. They are long-term oriented and are usually capable of formulating creative solutions to problems.

Conceptual style:

- Erratic under stress
- Motivated by recognition
- Solves problems by intuition and judgement
- Manner of thinking is creative
